Blurry Days was founded by Ms Lee Fitchett, who's son was diagnosed with ASD, ADHD and PDA, but also suffers with anxiety and depression. As well as witnessing the daily struggles her son experienced himself for many years, she dealt with the turmoil and hardship of how this impacted the rest of her family and her own mental health.
This experience changed Lee's perspective as a professional, her own journey has impacted how she conducts her therapy sessions, she understands from a whole different level because in one way or another, she can relate.
Mental health can affect anyone, no matter of your background or experience!
It's OK to be not OK!
